2 Shots Espresso - American Canyon

Today I stopped by at 11 o'clock on 11/18/20 and the young lady working at the drive-thru window was not wearing a mask. She had her nose and chin exposed, or no mask at all. With the current rapid spread of COVID-19 and a nationwide mask mandate in effect, choosing not to wear a mask is risky, selfish, and arrogant. It is particularly concerning in a restaurant setting where people are eating and drinking. I paid for my coffee but threw it away out of concern. I hope the health department will follow up after I reported this violation. It is irresponsible for someone to work without a mask during a pandemic, showing disregard for the safety of both employees and customers. This behavior is shameful. Stay safe and avoid this place.

The first time we stumbled upon this place was by chance. We had just picked up some pastries from a nearby bakery and didn't feel like turning back in the opposite direction. We decided to try the mixed tuxedo and oreo flavors. The next day, I returned to experience the white chocolate butter finger, and it completely changed my life. I have been back multiple times since then because I simply can't get enough of their delicious treats. The location is just a 2-minute drive away from me, but I always choose to support this local small business over a larger chain that often disappoints me. The staff here is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about their craft. It's evident in the quality of their drinks. I am so grateful to have discovered this gem of a place.

I love the ice cream at this restaurant! I tried the vanilla latte and an iced Chai latte, both of which were delicious. I highly recommend them both.

Not sure whether this place is now called java detour, but it is defenitiw one of the hidden gems of ac. amazing drink selection and leilani is an amazing personal! it let us welcome. she also has a very positive attitude that made the experience even better. will be coming back!

This place is awesome!! Super nice service and great coffee beans. I had a special order of iced decaf espresso with steamed milk and honey. The drink had just the right flavors. Will definitely be going back soon since its near my work.
