Laso /nepalese Fusion - American Canyon

The food was absolutely delightful! My partner ordered the shank while I had the eggplant, and we both shared our dishes. We also tried the Brussels sprouts, which surprisingly tasted just like chicken wings. Everything was incredible! I've seen this place before but never stopped by since it's tucked away in the back. However, my partner and I both agreed that the food was fantastic, and we’ll definitely be returning. For vegetarian options, I recommend the eggplant served with couscous.

I’ve dined at Michelin-starred restaurants around the globe, and I must say, the quality and presentation of the food here are exceptional! After spending a few days in Napa/Sonoma, this restaurant has truly been the highlight of our culinary experiences. The crispy Brussels sprouts were the best we've ever had, excelling in texture, flavor, and presentation. The lamb shank was incredibly tender, complemented by a sauce crafted from red wine and curry spices. It was both comforting and elegant at the same time. The staff, including the waiter and the owner/chef, were all wonderfully kind and welcoming. The owner has personally crafted every detail of the restaurant, from the lighting to the decor, and cooks with genuine passion. We were so impressed that we immediately made reservations for tomorrow—I can't wait to sample more of their dishes and desserts!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant, thanks to the excellent customer service. The food was delicious, and the chips, fries, and potato wedges were absolutely fantastic.

The salmon was absolutely perfect. Crispy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside. The Mustard sauce is so unique and pairs excellently. Vegetables were cooked just right as well. I also tried the Seafood Parpadelle, which was such a eccentric combination. So flavorful and the noodles had nice chew. The ambiance was delightful and service was great.

The food is delicious with special flavors. Customer service is friendly and accommodating. The dining room is nice. Parking is available.
