Mcdonald's - American Fork

It's McDonalds folks , what more can I say. I will say that they were very fast for the noon hour.

The place is an absolute mess. The play land is very dirty. All the tables and floors need to be cleaned. The front was also messy. There needs to be some serious management changes and or training.

The Pleasant Grove Utah store is the best McDonald’s I have been to. The people are so nice and helpful and really seem to enjoy their job. ?

Last two uncomplicated orders were wrong through the drive thru, frustrating.

The scramble egg in the big breakfast plater looks like something left over, scrap from the bottom of the pan, asked manager and instead of giving a reasonable explanation just saying it's right, i have been eating same food for long time and it never looked like that. He asked me to make me a new one but if it's same and right as he said i world not waste same food twice, his attitude was like what i said didn't matter, this would be last time i will come to this place.
