Papa Johns Pizza - American Fork

My Pizza arrived 1 hour and 3 minutes late. Was also cold. Whenever I would call to try and find out I was placed on hold and no one would answer. Ended up driving down there and watched as they ignored the phone. My husband stayed behind encase it shouted.Showed. According to him the driver said nothing just dropped it off and ran. Will never get Pizza here again.

Half of the time we order delivery, the garlic breadsticks come burnt. My kids won't eat those so it means money wasted. I'm tired of this happening. Say goodbye to a customer that gets breadsticks often. We're going somewhere else.

Always great service at this place! Every pizza I've had from here has been delicious and fresh! The staff work hard to get orders ready as quickly as possible and are always willing to work with you to correct anything that might have gone wrong :

This location is horrible! We placed an online order for delivery. I marked contactless delivery and wrote please do not knock leave at door. When it arrived the driver started knocking, and when we weren't at the door in about 15 seconds they startedknocking again. This time he didn't stop. They brought the wrong item and so I called the store. They were totally worthless.They tried to make it my fault. Saying that's what I must have ordered, except the order is printed on the label. She was likeidk, but if someone can switch it out we will. It's been 45 minute's. My guess is we are stuck with something we can't use. Wewill not order from here again.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I ordered 12 items for my sons 3rd birthday party. We didn?t get half our order and I could leave my sons party. When I called the store the manager said you can come pick them up. I told her I couldn?t she said?it?s not our problem? and I could just get a refund.
