Chicken was super tender and juicy. The fries were a bit too crispy for my taste, but I understand some people prefer it that way. They have self-serve sauces and high chairs, and the bathrooms are very clean. Happy with my experience for sure.
Delicious, fast, and good portions. Got one of the chicken sandwiches and loved it. The sauce options are also fantastic. The Cajun fries were good too though a bit thin, but they do give you a ton which is nice. Staff was friendly and the environment was chill. I’ll be coming back for another sandwich!
When I give a place 3 stars it’s my way of saying the place is fine. Not great but not horrible. I think this location will struggle because 5 Guys does better fries and Chick Fil A has better prices and pretty much the same food. All three share a parking lot.My observations:Nashville Hot Chicken isn’t hot, unless you think vinegar is spicy.Pickles are cut thicker than Chick Fil A’s.Honey mustard and fry sauce taste like LeFleurs brand, which fine but not unique.Buffalo sauce is in the wrong dispenser. It’s too runny for a pump and explodes when you try to pump some out.No garbage close to the sauce station, sorry for leaving Buffalo sauce soaked napkins on the counter but I couldn’t see where else to put it.Not sure what they mean by hand cut fries. It was a hand that pushed the lever of the machine that cut the fries? Our fry basket was about 50% of what I call pinkies, those little nub fries that you get when you put a whole potatoes through a French fry cutting machine. They are too little to dip in sauce. The rosemary pepper was good.Speaking of, their signature sauce tastes like Chick Fil A sauce. Not exactly the same, but close enough to not really matter which one you go with.If I were to go again, I think I’d get a chicken salad. Their ranch dressing is good and their chicken is good as well.
Really good, really fresh food. I love the salads and the rosemary pepper fries, and of course you can’t go wrong with the chicken tenders! It takes more time to get your food than other fast food places, but it’s worth the wait for how fresh it is.
