Taco Bell - American Fork

Frustrating that there isn’t anyone to take your order any more. The whole experience is less pleasant than it used to be.

Only one thing can be said... loo oooooonnnnggg time in the drive thru after 10pm. Mixed up the order, but no way i was going to go back through to complain.They need a way to send the cars with slower orders ahead and bring it to them. The current system fails in so many levels.

As Taco Bell’s go this one was typical. The staff were jerks and the food was just as good as usual, it’s Taco Bell.The staff refused to say the name I go by (Big Papa) so instead they just put my order on the counter. There were at least 10 or so other people who had ordered and were waiting so when everyone else had already been called up I walked up to see what was taking so long and the guy in the camo shirt said he wasn’t going to say my name (even though I’ve been here before and they’ve never had an issue with my name). Literally the name I go by everywhere.I was missing an item from my order, but the staff fixed the issue when I brought it to their attention.Plenty of seating restroom was clean.Ordered from a kiosk, but an employee was available to order from if I didn’t want to use the kiosk.

Out of forks, and you tell me that after you hand me my food? Am I supposed to eat it with my hands?

Milly working the drive thru was so nice!!! So patient and seemed like a genuinely good person! Taco Bell has some great employees recently!?
