Glossy Black - AMERICAN RIVER

Dinner starts from 6pm. We went on steak night Wednesday and enjoyed a flamed grilled porterhouse and ribs from the special’s menu. Relaxing atmosphere with great views of the water from the table, friendly service and great food. We had a lovely time! Highly recommend. Would visit again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We thoroughly enjoyed our ciabatta garlic bread, and the slow cooked Pork Ribs were excellent. Very tasty. Love having lunch here. Always great food and service. Although I attended for dinner with a large group of 20, everything seemed to go well. Glossy Black is in a nice location in the village of American River. Just arrived home from a very pleasant evening . Owners of the Black Glossy at Amrrican River on Kangaroo Island would have to be the friendliest of hosts we have come across in years . Relaxing atmosphere in an art filled space Kim and Steve, the owners, excelled at welcoming us into their restaurant. Great food, pleasant conversation well worth a visit if you are on Kangaroo Island. Service: Dine in
