Contribuisci feedbackI usually give drive-thrus several chances before I decide to stop using them, but today was the last straw. I ordered two fill-up boxes and was asked to pull up and park because there was no chicken available. I waited for 35 minutes and ended up being late to pick up my daughter. When I finally got home, I realized that half of my order was missing, and no one answered the phone. The number just says that there’s no voicemail set up. I spent $42 and feel completely ripped off. The service at this location has really gone downhill.
The staff was very friendly, and I really appreciated the warm welcome they provided.
I went through the drive-thru, and it was incredibly slow. I placed my order and, unfortunately, didn’t check my bag right away. It was just one meal—how difficult could it be to get it right? I ordered the 5-piece tender big box, which is supposed to come with 5 tenders, 2 sides, a biscuit, and a drink. This cost over $14. When I opened my bag, I found only 3 tenders, no sauce, just one side, and my drink. I will not be coming back!
Nealia has a smart mouth. I wasn’t aware you were being paid to give out attitude with the food! I told the attendant at the drive-thru that I had ordered my drink without ice. She proceeded to tell that I was somehow incorrect, but that she would “fix it anyway”. As if I should be grateful when she didn’t hear me! Close your mouth and fix my drink Nealia!!
Food was ok, but the service wasn't. Took over 50 minutes for my daughter to get her food, and an hour for me to get mine. We weren't the only ones. Others were waiting 40+ minutes on their orders.
