Big Acai Bowls - Ames

A very healthy clean food choice. There are variety of options you could choose from. Every ingredients are fresh and neat. As açaí bowl taste quite similar, I think there’s no special about there food. But their decorations are crafty, slight abstract and cute. Great place to hang out with your gym buddies! Not a great place for parking, but walkable distance from ISU campus, and state gym.

I come here mostly on the weekends to grab a quick breakfast, and the food is always spectacular. Unfortunately, good food does not come with good service. The customer service at this location is bewildering. Always sitting on the counter tops on their phones if there is no service, horrible attitudes, no greetings, this location doesn’t open till later hours but the employees always seem they’ve just woken up at 10am, and there’s a plastic barrier blocking lids from customers already making it difficult to get a to-go bowl. I could stand there for 3 minutes waiting for someone to grab a lid for me. I don’t know how many times I had to walk out with an open bowl. Good food, horrible service.

I freaking love the Pitaya Power Bowl!! I get it with 2 scoops of whey protein. They don 't mix it in, which I never considered, but I absolutely love it that way!The only thing that 's a little 'meh ' is that the service isn 't super enthusiastic or engaging. Of course I go there in the morning and it 's on a college campus. So, I can 't blame the tired energy given the lifestyle of a college student. But, it is something that I do notice.

Been going here for a while the food is great. Today the place closes at 5 as the sign says. Went to go in but the door was locked the time was 4:21 so I knocked and a blonde lady that worked there said they close early for “cleaning purposes” if that is the case you guys should update the time on your sign.
