Contribuisci feedbackI had a wonderful experience with the customer service at the drive-thru tonight! My food order was correct and the young man working the window (Levi) was outstanding. He efficiently took orders, handled payment, and served food with enthusiasm and energy. Levi's positive attitude and excellent customer service skills truly made my evening. My son even wanted to mention how nice Levi was. He is definitely one of the best workers I have seen at this restaurant.
Delilah was incredibly kind when she served us our food.
Mobile ordered 2 mcflurrys on a Sunday night several hours before the closing. the app said that they should pick up in the restaurant, but the doors were locked. by the way we had already paid. Three cars were different from us. Once we came to the order screen, they asked if we ordered mobile and then we should move to the second window. we ended up in the first window because of the cars in front of us, and the window was open with a hired who didn't tell us anything while we were stopped for 2 minutes. as soon as we move on, he cries and asked if we had a mobile job we answered. then he told us to move forward what we did. the kerl in the second window had no idea what our order was, but finally our mc flurries then we were on the way. Slower service with workers who either have no idea what they do or do not care.
Without doubt the creepiest almost food experience I've ever had. platz had only about 6 customers when I was there, had enough staff to do regular operations, but you just walked around and looked like they were threatened. the others were fast, but unstoppable for the growing line of men. I had an online order, but was told that it was not processed because the phone used was not close to the restaurant itself. what kind of online order requires that they order directly next to it in the position? childa measures the point of ordering online. will never again become this place time waste, energy and geduld.
I have eaten at this restaurant many times in the past, but this time I was surprised that they now take orders using technology. I forgot about this and had to wait a few minutes before being helped by a staff member. However, she was very friendly once she noticed me. I ordered a McMuffin and coffee, but unfortunately, the last sip of coffee was filled with grounds.
