Lobster Anywhere - Amesbury

Terrible. My husband ordered the lobster roll pack as a surprise for me since we had to cancel our New England vacation because I broke my leg. We've ordered lobster from various Maine lobster companies in the past. The meat was tough, chewy, stringy with no taste. We followed directions how to prepare, didn't make a difference. So awful we threw half of it out. So disappointed especially with what we paid! Tried working with customer service- just another disappointment.After I posted review the company sent us two lobster tails free. Thankfully we were home as we didn't expect them. They were very good

I ordered 6 lobsters and had them shipped to California. They were all fine except one of them fell apart and turned to mush when I steamed it. I thought maybe I could eat it but it tasted funny. I thought no big deal I will just call customer service. I called customer service and left voicemail and got no reply. I also emailed them and got no reply. At 74 dollars per lobster I thought that I would receive better customer service. I will never order from this business again and will not recommend it to anyone.

I loved the lobster and my kids loved the dry ice. Man did they love the dry ice. I wish I could just order just a box of dry ice. They’re still playing with it an hour later.

Fantastic Company! Send Lobster rolls and clam chowder to my dad spending time in Texas. It was a hit! Packaged beautifully, with easy-to-follow instructions and an absolutely delicious product. Thank you for making me look good for Dad's Birthday. You have won a customer for life! Thank you!
