The prices are quite reasonable. I'm a big fan of the frozen hot chocolate. However, the drive-thru can get congested at times.

The drinks at this place are consistently awful. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte today, and let me tell you, there was no pumpkin flavor at all—it didn't even taste like espresso. I was so puzzled that I asked them to remake it, and instead of starting over, they just added more espresso, which made it taste even worse. It's really frustrating, especially since it's the first thing I have in the morning before work. Definitely not a good way to start the day. There are so many employees working there, so it's hard to understand why everything is always so bad.

We always receive fantastic service and delicious coffee and treats when we go through the drive thru at this Dunkin'. The people who take our Orders are always efficient and VERY POLITE. Our orders come out as requested every time we pull into thisfranchise never any mix ups! Every employee is always peasant and professional. A joy to stop in to get out Dunkin!

A tall, chubby Indian woman was laughing and making fun of my wife and me for taking a moment—just about 15 seconds—to look at the menu before ordering breakfast. We were the only ones in line, and it felt incredibly disrespectful. I regret not walking out. I will never go back and have already shared this negative experience with several people. While we were eating, we observed her treating two other customers the same way.

Today my drive thru pickup order was efficient; yesterday there was a significant backup and wait. I always get the correct order though and quite enjoyed my coffee this morning
