Five Guys - Amherst

Five Guys consistently offers outstanding burgers. Currently, McDonald's prices have increased to nearly match those of Five Guys, but Five Guys undeniably serves far superior burgers. The staff is always friendly, the dining area and bathrooms are clean, and remarkably, the service is quicker than most fast food places in Buffalo.

I just picked up a lunch order during the busiest rush I've ever experienced at this place. The woman who appeared to be the owner or manager could have taught a masterclass in customer service. The team working alongside her operated like a well-trained unit, expertly handling the hectic environment. It was a perfect demonstration of "never let them see you sweat"! After over 25 years in customer service, I was thoroughly impressed. Fantastic job and delicious food!

While the burgers were good, I was disappointed with the mix-up and felt let down by the service at a takeaway. I plan to tell the manager about this issue to help improve their customer care.

I really enjoy my cheat days at Five Guys! During my last visit, I treated myself to a milkshake, and it was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised by the range of add-ins available for the milkshakes on the menu, including bacon as an option. Yes, you read that right—bacon! I decided to skip the bacon and went for the Oreo instead. So tasty!

Every time we visit a Five Guys, the experience is consistently great. The service is prompt and friendly, and they always check to see if we want anything extra.
