The red bean buns here are outstanding! I highly recommend getting the triple toppings, which include popping boba, regular boba, and lychee jelly. They are absolutely delicious!

Additionally, I’m not comfortable with the tip prompt that appears at the end. I simply walked up to an iPad, placed my order, and received little assistance; yet I’m expected to leave a tip? For what exactly? The drinks were decent, but the service left much to be desired. There are plenty of other places that are willing to assist and educate their customers about their menu items.

I don’t think it’s fair to charge an extra dollar for oat milk. I'm not choosing a vegan lifestyle for entertainment, so having to pay that extra fee, even if it’s just a dollar, seems unreasonable. Other than that, the products are great!

Great people. Highly highly highly suggest them. I like getting random flavors that sometimes don't really work out and my wife likes getting normal flavors

I loved the self serve option at LimeRed Teahouse. I was able to step right up and customize my tea! The drinks came out super fast and they even got my complicated order correct! I loved the cartoon characters on the walls, it was so fun reminiscing. If you love iced tea and boba this is the place for you!
