Olive Garden Italian - Amherst

Today, our server Monica at the Maple Road location treated our party exceptionally well! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. Many thanks to Monica for making our mother/grandma's birthday dinner so wonderful. The food was superb, and the service was even better.

I stopped going to Olive Garden when Carrabba's opened years ago. My city sisters brought me here recently and I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements. The menu was different in a good way, and the service was exceptional. Despite having 8 of us, including 3 rowdy kids, our waitress handled everything with ease. She was fantastic!

I always enjoy returning to Olive Garden! The portions for their entrees are generous, the service is great, and our food came out quickly. They offer unlimited salad, soup, or breadsticks that were really satisfying. Overall, the food and drinks were delicious. We tried some of their new cocktails and they did not disappoint. I am looking forward to our next visit.

I enjoyed the food and the service was amazing; we didn't have a reservation our date-night and the restaurant was very busy, but we were able to get a table in less then 5mins. Our server (her name was Logan) made our experience amazing ? ??, my fiance and I REALLY enjoyed our experience there.

Food was good, when we could get it. Went for lunch on non busy Saturdayand we got the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks. Never was asked by our waitress Linda how things were, if we wanted refills on our drinks or food. We had to flag her down anytime we wanted more of our servings (which were visibly empty as she walked past to her only 2 other tables). When we (and over hearing the tables behind us) did get her attention, she was rude and acted bothered that we asked her for refills.
