Subway - Amherst

I thought making sandwiches was a fairly simple task, but I was wrong I guess. My husband and I ordered online and all of our sandwiches were wrong. We both had the wrong bread and they never told us they were out or had to substitute. They also didn'tgive us our cheese, he ordered pepper jack and I got American but they were no where to be found. I also didn't have mayo onmine and it was clearly ordered. This place messes up constantly, worst subway I've ever seen!!!!!!!!!!

Now THIS store is everything a Subway can should be! The food tastes, looks is fresh, clean uncontaminated. The woman on shift today, 10/25/19 has been so cordial, so pleasant so efficient Everytime I've gone in. She treats my aging mother withtremendous tenderness humor. I love getting food from her. She knows her products steers you to things you might not knowabout. Food always tastes better when she makes it! No dropped meats in veggies or other unclean practices. If you want a subwaysandwich in Amherst, do yourself a favor and go to THIS store, not the other one in Amherst.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seems more focused on smoking outside than serving customers. When someone enters the restaurant, they complain about having to stop smoking and attend to guests. After witnessing their behavior and listening to how they talk about customers—especially when they're just doing their jobs—I’ve decided that I won’t be returning, nor will my family. This place is quite ridiculous! The staff was unfriendly, and one of the employees seemed so out of it that she didn't even seem aware of what was happening around her. Overall, the customer service here is terrible, and the attitudes of the staff leave a lot to be desired!
