Sunshine Cafe Ii - Amherst

We are from a small town in the western pa and we know that the smaller diners/restaurants that are with the best eat. When we came in, we had the space for ourselves for about 10 minutes and the people started to flow. many options on the menu with great trips! when they go to breakfast, get “The Mixer”, they will not be disappointed. it was absolutely delicious! they had the coffee to go tassen. I took safer/cleaner due to kovid) but I loved the fact that I could take it with me if I wanted when we left.

Small diner but highly recommended to visit. Very good food it is cash only. My daughter had a Mickey Mouse pancake it has chocolate chips around on top not inside and whip cream with a maraschino cherry on top also side of sausage which is does not like so hubby ate that. Hubby had Willies special. I had breakfast burrito light on peppers with a side of Italian bread toasted every thing was very good. Note with COVID you may have to wait outside till a table is ready we had a small wait. Mask is required.

Sunshine is simple food but a good place. I had a simple breakfast burrito but the fun conversation all around will keep me coming back. Left full and ready for the day!

It's just a small cafe with booths, tabkes and a counter. It's family owned and family run. They are only open for breakfast and lunch but the food is delicious. The prices can't be beat and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Excellent food, friendly people and great chicken fried steak. All food is really good. We had a feta and spinach omelette. The stuffed pepper soup was very very good too.
