Taco Bell - Amherst

Very nice place to eat I always come here for tacos when I am craving them. They have lots of different types of tacos to choose from. They also always have lost of hot sauce to choose from going from spicy to super hot. Most the time tho there is not a lot of the super hot sauce packets just the one under it spice wise.

The troglodytes working here couldn't care less about the minimum wage job they have. They throw terrible cold food at you then go back to yapping with coworkers. Never coming here again.

So I get a new taco promo and it is not made right to start compared to what it was offer.. my cheesy crunch taco did not have cheese between the tacos to hold it together.. my hard shell was crushed into many pieces and to top it off there was some rotten lettuce on it.. I gave it back didn't take the refund and walked out.. the only plus of my visit was the gentleman there.. Vernon you are a great employee and you gave great customer service and I'm sorry for just walking out. I will never be back and I advise others to ch3ck your food!!

Just your average Taco Bell, very nice workers and got our big order right. ?

They changed their chicken chalupa sauce. But friendly staff.
