Taco Bell - Amherst

Takes about 40 minutes to an hour to receive food. Now, the food that you get is usually really good (they only have enough workers to cook one meal at a time) so it’s fresh. However, every time I go they forget at least two major items up to an entire meal which is frustrating for sure. I keep going because I enjoy KFC food, but honestly they need to hire more workers!!! Stop using the excuse “no one wants to work” your worker retention is directly related to wage and work environment. Improve those and you’ll keep workers.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, through drive-thru, and the bun was cold, chicken wasn't hot. The food wasn't hot and fresh. I wasn't happy camper, with the amount of money I spent. The only thing that was hot and delicious was the new 5 piece chicken nuggets. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
