Keur Amir - Amiens

We were keen to try this restaurant as we have never had Senegalese food before. Sadly very disappointed. The vegetarian meal came with two sorts of rice plain white rice and rice au Poisson rice cooked in a fish stock. To make matters worse thete was a snail in it as well. The vegetables had come straight out of a tin. The staff apologised for the snail but gave us no discount. They clearly have no concept of vegetarianism.

How can you have a vegetarian option listed on the menu only to find out afterwards it is cooked in fish stock with added snails? That is not just poor it is completely wrong. Do they not understand vegetarian ? The non-vege food looked good but I could never eat here again

We visited this restaurant because it was the first in Amiens on TripAdvisor; however, it was not as expected AT ALL. Though the place is so small and not appealing, we decided to have lunch in this restaurant because we have always trusted TripAdvisor reviews. But the plates that we ordered were literally inedible! The rice was so hard and tasteless, and the fish was horrible as it was cooked with the fish thorns and the fish skin with some veggies, so we could not continue our plates! In fact, the actual plates do not look like those in the pictures. I 'm really surprised how this restaurant is highly rated on TripAdvisor!

I came with friends for the first time in this beautiful Senegalese restaurant eat but it was excellent roasted thiep fish everything was perfect I highly recommend this restaurant

Excellent! very nice reception with explanation of the dishes and products, we have feasted, restaurant on the amiens where we are offered a dog bag, the plates being copied we did not manage to eat all
