Mcdonald's - Amite City

Was excited about the steak bagel return. However, the steak quality wasn't as good and the meat is way to small for the bagel.

Why is order accuracy so hard to execute? I ordered a FRUIT and maple oatmeal and drove 5 miles to find an oatmeal with NO FRUIT packs.The service workers were both VERY UNPLEASANT, UNAPPROACHABLE, and had the STANKEST attitudes. (I'll stop there)I'm omw back for the fruit missing out of my order.I hope I don't have to edit this review...

There's always a long wait for your order, and it isn't even busy. Fries are warm or cold, never hot

The people are either too busy are really could care less about hospitality.they almost come across as

RUDE STAFF!!I went in and ordered 2 medium coffees with 3 creamers on the inside, I realized I had enough for 1 lg and 1 medium instead so I asked the lady to change it. She got mad because she was new and didnt know how. So she called for help and another lady took the medium off and added a lg. She brought me the coffees with creamers on the side and I told her I asked for them to be inside so she got mad and told the other lady that I keep asking for stuff. She took her time just to make me wait instead of just getting me the creamers. A guy came in and she never acknowledged him or told him she would be right with him so he stood there waiting on help while she took her time on me. Then another lady came in and the older guy asked her can she help him and she told him that shes not on the clock. Then he asked who work on the register bc he hadnt been helped but the whole time the new lady heard him but she was too busy making me wait which means he had to wait because he came in after me. She had an attitude the full time. This was a horrible experience and bad customer service.
