Good food the service staff could use some improvement and with that the speed and atmosphere will improve

Excellent visit! Delicious chicken, rice, Biscuit and chilled mango lemonade.

Wasn't bad. Out 8 of us two got the wrong order and two took forever to get thier food. Mac n cheese ok, fries amazing, coleslaw not my cup of tea,biscuits was amazing.

As a manager with over 30 years of experience, my visit to this location was HORRIBLE. The shift lead or manager (unsure of her title) attitude, managers' skill was aggressive. She was very overwhelmed and it showed in her customer service and how she was YELLING at the employees. I'm sure upper management/corporate would want to know, that the company was not being represented correctly.Kid-friendliness: The manager on my visit January 27, 2024 at approximately 12 noon was very overwhelmed and it showed. She was not nice to customers or the employees. She did NOT give the employees the necessary tools to have a successful shift. Please retrain her in excellent customer service. I'm a manager with over 30 years of experience and I'm sure corporate/upper management would not be satisfied with her performance.

Horrible experience food which was supposed to have been fresh and hot out of the grease was cold it makes me think they had the chicken made already and just threw it back in the fryer for a couple minutes it was overcooked. I waited almost 45 minutes for overcooked and cold chicken. I will not be visiting this establishment
