However, when I got home, I was disappointed to find that the portion was only a quarter of the bowl—not even half! There was also barely any extra chicken; in fact, there was almost none at all. I paid $22 for a meal that had to be thrown away, and then I came back to receive only a quarter of the amount I ordered along with one piece of chicken. I will not be returning to this location; I’d rather drive the extra miles to eat somewhere else.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They advertised a $6.00 meal that includes 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides. However, when I ordered, they charged me an extra 50 cents for the macaroni sides. This felt misleading to me. I won't be returning to the Bayshore Mall location in New York.
I'm a big fan of KFC's chicken sandwich. The advertisements claim that it is made to order, and I've found this to be true at other locations. However, at this one, the chicken breasts are pre-cooked and left under a heat lamp for several hours. Because it's close to my house, I've tried several times to get a fresh sandwich, but I've been unsuccessful. It's disappointing, KFC—you took something that was fantastic and turned it into a soggy, salty mess. The two stars I'm giving are for the cleanliness of the restaurant.
I didn?t have to give a star. First, 9:07pm I came for wings. Was told they only had two left. So I ordered the two wings and three tenders and fries. The tenders and fries were cold and the wings had to be refried two times over!! Just horrible and wascharged $17.67 for this horrible meal. KFC need to do better. If you close at 11pm I shouldn?t get cold food and paying thisamount! Unexceptionable service! I could have gone to a diner to get better food for The price. I called the store because Ilooked at my receipt and it was a duplicate and not the original, to get the number to make a complaint online . Spoke with mikean employee at amityville kfc and he didn?t have any information to give me to make a complaint. I asked to speak to thesupervisor . Mike said she doesn?t want to come the phone because she doesn?t speak English! Her name he gave me is Esperanza .What is going on in this world! You have a supervisor that doesn?t speak English to rectify a situation.. unheard of!! KFC needto do better. I would like my money back for food I couldn?t eat.
The drive through people never take correct orders. They rather be on theirs phones or laughing with one another. LEARN TO TAKE AN ORDER CORRECTLY DUMMIES!
