Contribuisci feedbackWhilst the place is bright and looks clean it has lost its charm. It's now like an upgraded air-conditioned mamak restaurant. Staff are trying to shout for customers to collect their orders on top of the conversation noise of the customers.
What is the point of this area if the staff not put the completed item on the table? When I call outlet to ask about an order, some lady reply with Why you call outlet? Can 't you go check inside? then hang up the phone. Why so rude like this? I am Car Grabfood driver and that outlet hard to find parking. People cannot ask wether the order is complete or not vial call huh? Management please do something about this. Where your hospitality?
Love the espresso macchiato as always tasty cheesecake. Oh chilling at the outdoor spaces so you can avoid recirculating air from the air conditioner. Social distancing put on mask!
Newly renovated <1 year ago) place with ample seating and a popular branch. Do note it is not actually in Ampang Point, but rather about 200m away, nearer to the KPJ Ampang Puteri hospital. Good classic CBTL menu selection with friendly staff. I wish there's a light suggestion for people to clean up after themselves as many tables are left uncleared understandibly) by previous customers.
People working here are rude and give me the impression that that don't want to be here. I saw the lady assistant manager (Awatif) staring at a customer for making many orders. My own order was slow, when u asked the assistant manager about my bagel (which) i was waiting 20mins, she said don't toast it, will be faster. Then her colleague asked her did she tell me, shes like ya she did. She never told me. As of now I'm writing this. 3 people came after me has come and collected the goods and left. Keep on checking my receipt but the FnB never come. When the food came, look at the photo, it wasn't even wrapped! Its covid now!
