Restaurant le Radeau d'Alexis

This review is a bit late as visited in August 2017. However we have often looked at this restaurant as the setting on stilts over the water is spectacular. Views from all tables of the lake, we watched the clouds roll in and the spectacular...changing weather of Lac Leman from a water setting. Were recommended to visit and have the set lunch. From memory this was about 20 euros and excellent value. Had to find the set menu as not.... advertised outside. The service was highly professional,l not intrusive good rest between courses, perfect, the house carafe wine was reasonably priced and good. Food was good: perfectly cooked fish and super profiteroles with ice cream, good sized portions. OK set menu.... so no choice but that's good as it makes you try things and hopefully its what the chef wants you to eat... and it was good.

Few times per year we used to visit the restaurant with the family as we come to Amphion quite often on vacay. However , what I see that every year that the price per dishes is getting higher , especially on perch but the quality...is not that high, the cuisine doesn't pretend to be high-class and staff quite often is not attentive to the guests.

Menu du jour très abordable et de très bonne qualité. Nous avons déjeuner en terrasse, dommage que la route soit si passante car les voitures vous frôlent. Très bon service et bon accueil. La carte ne propose pas de salades, dommage car en plein été, ça manque un peu!

Avons très bien mangé. Service impeccable. Merci aux serveurs qui étaient très attentionnés. Un bon moment.

Cadre superbe. Plat copieux. Mais un plat en moins sur le premier menu et le choix se restreint. Rajoutez un vin à la carte en rupture et le standing tombe d'un coup. Dommage !
