Food is good. Service is a bit slow. Needed a couple of reminders. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We went to Emiliano’s the first night we arrived at Sandos. It was a little late, but not yet their closing time at least 30 mins prior to closing. We were seated and a waiter came along after 5 or 10 minutes (a while considering they were not very busy). He asked if we were ready to order. We asked, “Do you have any drinks?” Since they don’t include any drinks on the menus at Sandos and we had just arrived so we weren’t sure what to order. He replied “No, no drinks.” I was confused, thought maybe he was joking, but he had a straight face, almost angered/annoyed and didn’t laugh or smile at all. So I thought ok, surely they offer water and or wine, so we asked for water and I asked if they had any wine. He said yes, they have a house wine, ok great! I CAN get a drink at this all inclusive resort that doesn’t have any drinks. Trying to brush off the poor initial experience, we ordered our food and found the portions to be quite small and bland. We didn’t go back to Emiliano’s after this first night.
