I have ordered Butterscotch half KG cake for my father in law’s anniversary from Swiggy. The representation of cake was good but the taste of the cake was very poor. It was tasting like it is stale from past 2-3 days. Had very bad experience. Whenever you are delivering a cake, make sure it’s fresh. Never get your cake customised from here. First they tell me that the design I want is not possible in 500gramd and made me order 750grams cake. I sent them the photo of the cake I wanted, then I waited one hour at the bakery and discussed every thing in detail, even texted them what was discussed. Next day, the cake I get is no where near the photo I had sent them, telling their staff that it is not as i discussed yesterday their reply was OK . As they took full advance payment when I placed the order, I had no other option but to take it as it was. As I was leaving the bakery, all the staff was giggling at the back.

Ordered iced coffee from zomato and received just ice. On calling, the person said only 30 ml coffee is what you get for paying 160 bucks…. Think they need to learn the basics of how to calculate ml coz there was just one sip of coffee. Looting money only. Was always a customer pf Desserts n more and now never going to order. Worst experience

Ordered Iced Vietnammese Latte from Zomato But received only ice and 2 sips of coffee. For this they charged 160bucks. On complain they say this is How it is prepared. Pathetic experience.

Truffle and nuttela pastries in warm form is amazing loved it it was so delicious
