You order something you get something else. Also this has happened more than once. You suggest that don't order through online medium but directly through us and you cheat in this way, simply unacceptable. And rather than apologies you give excuses. Really bad.

Good tasty food! At peak times you might have to wait a lot for your order.

If it was possible, I’d give a 0 star rating. Stated that it would arrive between 20-40 minutes, then preceded to say it would be 10 minutes later. Only arrived 2 hours later and when it did arrive, not only was it cold, it was undercooked and had missing components. Late delivery can happen sometimes, but the food itself was tasteless and I couldn’t even finish it even though I was starving waiting for 2 hours. Regardless of the late delivery, I would still never order from here again. I recommend any other place for a kapsalon and fries.

Sammie is the best waiter! We just moved into Amstelveen and had an AMAZING time.. firstly, customer service by sammie was off the charts! Me and my boyfriend were so impressed by the food, family atmosphere and great conversation. Thank you so much sammie for a great night! Will see you again very soon!
