Baut B.v. Amsterdam

This was our favorite restaurant in Amsterdam. Their four course meal (with a cocktail that complimented each plate) was amazing. The bartenders and chefs took the time to explain exactly what went into each plate and drink. We were lucky enough to sit at the bar that faces the kitchen, giving us a front row seat to the amazing chefs as they worked on each course. Every staff member we talked to was friendly and eager to answer any questions we had. It's expensive, but considering we spent three hours here and got to eat unique food across the entire temperature spectrum, I'd say it was well worth it!!

The restaurant concept and atmosphere are really great. Super delicious food, nice cocktails and a friendly staff. The tacos particularly were splendid! There were full of flavor and juicy.

Everything was delicious. We also had tacos. I can recommend you to order 3-4 portions per Person. It’s definitely worth going there. The atmosphere is also really cozy!

The food we tried was really delicious (okra , burrata , beef , tacos). I’m not giving 5 starts because I didn’t love the atmosphere so much and because if you order cote de boeuf it must be at least 350g (almost 9€ per 100g and quiet a lot of fat).

Cool restaurant with good food. Nice music what got louder and louder what later it got… no problem but you just couldn’t hear anything the waiter was telling you. Only minus point is that the first course and the mail came at the same time!!! When we asked why.. that’s the way it is here
