Brouwerij Zest - Amsterdam

So happy to find this place. Good beer, tasty food, cute place, and great service! They have their own beer (three types) and four more options on tap. They also have wine, bottle beer, and mixed drinks/liquor. Many things on the menu sounded good, so I'll have to go back. We tried a burger and the baked feta. The burger was cooked as requested, toppings were fresh, and bun toasty. Husband was pleased. The baked feta was a big portion of feta, tomatoes, a fried egg, and a VERY spicy pepper on top. It was served with toasted bread. We saved room for the chocolate cake made with the imperial stout. Nice rich, kind of dense cake. Yum! We had great service throughout the meal. Friendly people here.

This place is a gem. The food, craft beers, and friendly staff are perfect. While i was tempted by the burgers which seemed well rated, we couldn't pass up trying something new so went with the other dishes the fresh looking shopski salad, the feta bake, and the sausage govech. It was all superb. Excellent fresh comfort food. And the beers on draft were yummy. Great flavor, smooth, unlike the slew of pilsners everywhere. The staff brought out tastings of everything on draft just to help us pick something. Really underrated place imho.

Excellent food and awesome service! Had the traditional cucumber salat as starter and the traditional Bulgarian sausages with fries and coleslaw salad as main course! Enjoyed it really much. If you are in Amsterdam and want to enjoy excellent food away from the overcrowded tourist restaurants, Zest is a must! Price for Amsterdam absolutely okay. 5 stars for you guys and both thumbs up! Thank you for the nice time I had in your restaurant!

The food was really delicious and fresh! The drinks were also good and good price.

De moderne tent waar alles op het punt staat, burgers waren goed en bier zijn gebrouwen, wat speciaal maakt. Ook genoeg veganistische opties.
