Cafe Morlang Amsterdam

Great location right on canal Keizersgracht in centrum neighborhood of Amsterdam. The staff are nice and helpful however the food was unimpressive.

The terrace is nice, but the burger was not so good. The only thing that saved it was that it came with sweet potato fries by default

We visited this cafe on Dec 26 with my kids, we were seated for about 10 mins and nobody approached us and while we were seated and while we were waiting for a waiter, another family came in Dutch) and they were taken care in less than a minute. It was a very unpleasant experience when finally a girl approached us even as we said we speak English she answered in Dutch so we decided it was better to leave as we didn’t feel welcome. The three people working there that day looked young and couldn’t be bothered. They should have a sign outside saying “ for Dutch people only” I don’t recommend this place to tourists at all!! Plus the menu options were not really outstanding.
