Hemelse Modder Amsterdam

No dedicated GF menu but server was very knowledgeable and went through all of the options available. She said they were not a dedicated GF kitchen but would make sure to take extra care when preparing my meal. Food was excellent and they even brought out a GF roll. I had the goose appetizer, lamb steak for main, Dutch cheese and their Hemelse Modder dessert (shared the cheese and dessert with my daughter). Zero gluten issues and I am pretty sensitive to cross contamination. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Knowledgeable staff show us gluten free options from the menu. Really tasty, nice atmosphere. Don’t forget to make a reservation. (Open just for dinner)
