Fastrac - Amsterdam

The customer complaint/compliment on the website is stupid and they make it impossible to use at all saying ?invalid date? no matter how you write it. Seems like they just don?t want to deal with anything. Also last night the girl working was too lazy to make food. I had to drive to the fastrac all the way in vails mills to get what i wanted and thats when the girl informed me that employees are not supposed to refuse to make food for customers so that was literally just a lazy employee not wanting to do her job. Since i cannot write a formal complaint I?ll have to call the corporate office about this and ill also be complaining about the website they make impossible to use. On the other hand the girl at vails mills was amazing her name was marie or maria i believe and she is an awesome employee! Props to her for actually doing her job she gets paid to do!

There are plenty of pumps available, and the station is generally clean and free of debris. The staff often appear a bit disheveled, almost as if they’ve just recovered from a rough night, or maybe they're just understaffed. However, they maintain a professional demeanor, so I overlook that. My main concern is the layout of the cash registers; when it gets busy, customers can end up crowded together as both registers are situated right by the entrance. It might be worth re-evaluating that setup. Overall, Fastrac is a decent place to refuel without any significant issues.

It's convenient it's price are good and the people are friendly and always courteous

This place is a joke, 1st off, how are you really going to have a section by the coffee where you can make hot tea and not even offer honey to sweeten it..... and also, what kind of store sells cat food, and individual mac and cheese servings but doesn't even sell CEREAL, like are you for real? I live right down the street, spend a LOT of money on a regular basis at fastrac, but because of these needs that are clearly way too hard for fastrac to meet, i will now be taking all my business to stewarts, they sell cereal at least...

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant because the staff closed early, well before midnight. It's important to highlight that there are no other 24-hour places nearby! If you're going to close at 11:50, please put up a notice, like on the door! It's misleading to advertise a midnight closing time and then shut down earlier. This reflects poor business practices, incorrect information, and misleading advertising. The only reason I'm giving it one star is that your gas prices are competitive.
