I can never seem to find this place open. Are they still in business? I ended up having to go to McDonald's at 3:45 PM instead. Meal type: Lunch. Service rating: 1 star.

I placed an online order before closing and went to the lobby to pick it up. Unfortunately, I was met by an employee who was quite sarcastic and informed me that I had to collect my order from the side door, while rudely pointing out the "lobby closed" sign. He also condescendingly pointed out that the guacamole and sauces I ordered were not available, despite those options being listed online. I suggested they may need to revise their menu to reflect what’s actually available. I suspect this employee was a manager, and I believe there should be immediate improvements in customer service.

Love this place but when your app says open and your not and it still accepts orders that needs to be fixed today 06/25/2023 I ordered and I live in butte I made the commute thinking I was getting my taco time a 22 dollar order and a trip all the way there for there to be cones in the drive threw and signs on the door closed Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
