Alloo taco is now my top choice. The cured sweet potato, roasted cauliflower, and perfectly grated ingredients make for an incredible combination. Despite not enjoying curry for nearly five decades, this taco has completely changed my perspective.

I visited the brewery specifically to try their food truck based on the reviews and pictures I had seen. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The service was slow, even for a busy night with a football game going on. The pizza was overpriced and I ended up having to order some duck fat fries as well, although I was unsure of how healthy they were.
