Great place, great service. Gentleman at the counter checked in with us and asked if everything was okay and off we needed anything else. The red sauce was too spicy for me, I asked for salsa verde. Chicken was good, breast was a little dry. Nice,homey, local spot.

Woke up craving a caldo de res and grabbed one at PF let me tell you, It was not good. Don?t recommend it here but overall an ok restaurant.

Saw mexi papi on YouTube and had to try it out . It?s not bad at all I?m not going to say it was a bad place to eat but I did expect a little more the chicken tasted a little dry . I got the family meal with 1 chicken two sides they include the tortillasand salsa . Salsa is very good so was the rice . Could live without it but enjoyed it for what it was .

Today I was the delicious chicken rice and beans not so good but acceptable the nopalitos are very good I will come back for those pumpkin flower and huitlacoche quesadillas

I used to visit this restaurant frequently without any issues, but that changed when I ordered two whole chickens to-go one day. They seemed like they had been sitting out for hours, if not days. Unfortunately, my entire family ended up with food poisoning, and we spent a large part of the morning rushing to the bathroom. Because of that experience, I doubt I'll order from here again; it left a lasting negative impression. While chicken was never my favorite, my mom loved it so we would buy it about once a month. I can't comment on the rest of the menu since I’ve only tried the chicken, but I would say that it’s overrated. Honestly, I think Pollo Loco’s chicken has more flavor—no kidding.
