El Pollo Norteno - Anaheim

The food was great, everything was ready as planned good portions. The only thing that was kind of weird... I called 11 a.m. to confirm a 2pm order and the manager turned on the computer, looked it up, downloaded the order and confirmed it with me. That was the first time she was aware of the order. My only recommendation and the only thing she thinks of 5 stars was my fear that if I hadn't asked for confirmation... my order would have been unnoticed.
