The service provided by our waiter was outstanding. However, despite having made a reservation, it felt like the reception was unprepared for our arrival. They did not appear to be very friendly, which was disappointing. At one point, it seemed like they were ignoring us when we tried to communicate with them.

I wish I would have asked the sweet girl's name when I walked in. She was amazing! So friendly and helpful-even gave me tips on places to shop after we ate. Please tell her I spent $200 on the book things... The bartender was super sweet, also-great recommendations and we didn't wait for our drinks. The lady behind the buffet was also really great and helpful. And THEN-BOOM!! The cook!!! We've been several times and have always loved the experience, but this time was EPIC! And THEN

We recently celebrated my daughter's birthday with a group of 9 at this restaurant. The customer service was exceptional, with our plates being cleared promptly after we finished eating. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was truly fantastic.
