If I could give a negative star I would.Here for a volleyball tournament at the convention centerWaited in line forever because it made sense to someone to have 1 cashier during peak time; then after ordering, had to wait again because it made sense to someone to have 1 person executing the drinks and shakes; then people after us in line were getting their orders before ours; when I asked about our order, the cashier rudely said, it is not done in order. Which was a blatant lie (the fortunate part of waiting in line forever is you can observe the full operation). Then we get our order without the fountain drink. So I ask for it; we were told again, rudely, she is busy so you have to wait . To which I asked, did you really just say that... she responded, what did you just say...as if I would flinch to repeat what I said to her. Maybe she felt I was one of the kids being served today. No ma 'am I am a grown woman who for the sake of my child having to play today would have caused a scene and rightfully so.How dare you treat your paying customers with such disdain.Then cherry on top: the food was tasteless, messy, nasty to look at!!You will never have repeat business with this business model. A word to the owner.

Got a bacon mushroom burger and it was spicy! There should be nothing spicy about this burger! Should of just spent the money on room service. Hilton please put something else here! We stay here often and would be nice to have something better. Obviously it's time to go if they only have 2 stars!

Small, burnt, and flavorless patty. Huge, burnt buns. Undercooked soggy bacon. And burnt fries. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

The name would leave you to believe you're getting a grilled burger. Instead, it's a heavy spiced hunk of meat. It's not bad, but not what you'd expect. This isn't bad food, but I can easily find better choices.

Really poor service. 20 minutes in line, borderline rude cashier, and so-so quality. Avoid.
