La Tacos Co - Anaheim

Trucks really not equipped to handle large crowds. Waited over an hour in line to receive a simple order of two tacos; wait partially caused by a continual problem of missing ingredients/items (which they kept sending a runner out for) .... but also they were just .... slow. Those of us already committed in line advised newcomers to go elsewhere, and they did.

Not impressed. My Taco salad had three things of shrimp and barely any meat and ALL LETTUCE. Not worth $14. BUT the meat and shrimp I did have was full of flavor.

This place is fire!! Super friendly, bomb California burrito and al pastor tacos were insane!

Wow! This place knows what they're doing. The taco's are so bomb. Definitely authentic flavors. Beware of the verde sauce. It's much hotter than expected.

Flavorful and very delicous food. Ordered loaded fries, 2 taco combo, and cali burrito. The fries were perfectly crisp, and seasoned. The asada grilled and charred just right. The pastor tender and flavorful. Over all would've liked more onion and cilantro, but wasn't a game killer. Good was very good. I called and ordered ahead of time. My promise time was 30 minutes. The food was ready on time. My order process was fast and easy. However, I did notice folks who orderedat the truck were complaining about long wait times. My only suggestion for improvement is on behalf of those I witnessed complaint about 1hr wait times. However, my experience was still 5 stars.
