I had an excellent experience with the customer service, especially with the new touchscreen ordering system! Great job!

The restaurant is spacious and efficient, and the staff are very helpful with taking your order or assisting you while you wait in line.

The staff seemed okay when engaged, but it felt like a low-interaction environment overall. One downside is that the customer display board isn't very reliable. I had my order number displayed correctly at first, but then it disappeared and didn’t show up again when my order was ready. As a result, I had to inquire about it. At this point, I was tempted to give it a rating of three stars. However, the best part was that my order, which had several custom modifications (like no onions), was 100% accurate—something I didn’t expect at all. Just a heads up: the service wasn’t particularly fast. So, if you’re considering stopping by, just keep that in mind!

Fastest McDonald's I was still! I waited for the bus to Disneyland. I ordered for me and my son and it came so fast! Everything was hot and fresh! The workers were also polite!

The ordering and paying process is a bit confusing, but the food is made well. If you pay at the kiosk and are eating in the restaurant, be sure and ask for your cups so you can get your beverages right away and not wait until your food comes out.
