The staff brought additional parasols and ensured that it was very, very fast with our food, beverage refills etc. It was expensive for us, but I can tell you that this is 100% the top restaurant we are in downtown Disney, California Adventure or Disneyland. I'd suggest where to eat. Your food was so delicious. My 3-year-old cleared his record, and my husband and I both agreed that we had the best pasta to imagine. I hope we can eat there for my 30th visit in a few months.
The service is friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and about it. Prepare for a long culinary experience as Naples offers a relaxing culinary oasis in the middle of the hectic Disney hyperactivity. From the moment your drinks are served for final control, you will be pampered with attentive service, fantastic appetizers and free bread with oil and Balsamico vinegar. Then comes your meal....a delicious delight of flavors. The attentive service continues and your glass will never run low. If only the offered a post-Meal 10 minutes napping pod....perfection would get! Ha ha. Naples is our Disney Go-to every time and we have never been disappointed.
They gave my children real pizza dough!! Smart idea!! Food was super..sangria excellent.... our server was amazing....very expensive tho.... but if you get the whole package of food, drink and ambience) it was worth it!
Great food! We stopped here a last minute and waited approx. 30 minutes on the inside seat at about 18:00 (not too bad). We had great service from Cory and the manager at the service was super friendly and stopped checking from our table for our experience (first time this happened in So. Cal. so thank you). We had the gnocchi that was amazing, and the roasted pizza dough cheese thing that was excellent for both children and adults alike. The cocktails were on the square and we had the Sicilian sunshine and the Vodka Blush. Kids cheese pizza was also pretty good. I recommend this restaurant when you are in Downtown Disney and it is worth making a trip if you are not in the area. I was told that they have a restaurant location in Orlando and I am looking forward to trying and reviewing it next time in WDW. Very recommended and will return, but in Orlando.
The staff is super attentive. As soon as we sit down, table water is served. The waitress who took care of us always come back and refill the fountain soda without asking. Food is really tasty, a little pricey but definitely worth it. Might as well enjoy the experience while you’re travelling. Will definitely be back for our next Disney visit in the future.
