Olive Tree - Anaheim

Usually if they ask me what you miss most at home? I say the FOOD, but after I tried the middle east food at the Olive tree restaurant, I changed my answer... I will begin to talk about the vegetarian dish, My aunt was the owner of a falafel place and once she tasted the falafel there she said that this was really a delicious falafel and absolutely loved it, the grape leaves were so good and his one of my favorite dishes that tabouleh was amazing and it reflected the true taste of Lebanon and Syria. And all the time I chased Mansaf... finally!! I tasted the original Mansaf, the sour yogurt not thick or salty, only the perfect mix with the delicious yellow rice, the taste of the traditional Jordanian/Palestinian Friday

Here for her iftar buffet and I have to say that this was the best Ramadan iftar buffets in terms of variety and taste. They had as many dishes as 20 . There are many seats inside and outside. Smokers can sit in the outdoor terrace. The owners and the staff are super friendly.

This jewel found a few years ago and returned to Anaheim on a recent trip. It's as great as I remember. If you are looking for home cooked Palestinian/Mediterranean/Mediterranean food, this is the place for you. The owner is a sweet, friendly man who is passionate about cooking his favorite food and sharing it with everyone. He cooks out of his heart and is proud of his dishes. My favorite is the lamb with the maklouba rice. The portions are huge. If you are here, bring your appetite and bring your family and friends.

Beautiful clean location Delicious food ... I ordered Beef Shawarma Rap It was a great test... But it's Pricy a bit. I liked the fat smell of cooking oil inside, it was clear... so I took my meal off the side... That's why I guess four stars. I gave 4 stars. Note to the owner: You can repair the cooking oil odour inside to satisfy the customers.

If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars I would. Authentic dishes from ash-Shaam. The mansaf was superb. Great service and ambiance
