Built in an excellent spot on the beach of Analipsi, it could be the best hotel on the island, it has in front of it 10 meters the beach with tamarind trees and sand , a large swimming pool spotless , huge rooms +25m² , wonderful view, quiet . But! the rooms need renovation in the bathroom especially all the sanitary items and the faucets , the aluminum windows are old. The staff is impersonal, unsmiling and hardly helpful 7 days there and barely heard 2-3 good mornings . While they have free sunbeds on the beach for the hotel residents, the beach bar has very little variety since apart from coffees and soft drinks we only serve toast with ham and cheese, hot dogs and an Arabic pie of calamity, while if you ask for a cocktail you will hardly find it. The result is that they lose HUGE REVENUE from the beach bar, the customers are not satisfied and the cafe next door has a party since that's where you find the right variety. The breakfast is simply nice, for light food we don't discuss it. It's a shame and the owners lose a lot, a lot. Rooms: Very spacious with a good view, most of them need renovation Walkability: Easy access to the port with regular transport

Very good choice for the Maltese area in Astypalaia. The hotel is in front of the beach. It is in a fairly quiet area and is ideal for a couple or a family. It has breakfast which is a classic European style breakfast and has several options. The rooms are relatively large but the bathroom is relatively small for the size of the room. Rooms: Relatively large rooms but small bathroom Food drinks: It has breakfast and a pool bar where you can get a drink or refreshment
