Ak Wok - Anchorage

I ordered Mongolian beef, sesame chicken, wonton soup, and crab rangoon, and they were all excellent. The delivery was quick; they estimated 45 minutes but it actually took around 25-30 minutes. The delivery drivers were friendly and polite. I've tried other Chinese restaurants before, but this one is the best. It's a small restaurant located in Sears Mall, yet it outshines many larger, more upscale Chinese restaurants. It's truly a hidden gem.

I ordered on a Saturday before 4 PM and arrived at 4:30. I had a delicious sommee, and the shrimp were a great size. Overall, I’m very pleased with my order.

Delicious! This place is fantastic! Don't be deceived by its appearance; it's located in a food court. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I believe the most expensive item on the menu was just $12.

I ordered fried rice to go, but when I had already gone to my next destination to eat, I realized they gave me chicken roast rice. I would normally check, but I was in a hurry, but I shouldn't really check one to go order. I don't eat meat so it was disappointing to have spent $15 on just pure fried rice.

Just spent $35 for 2 lunch entrees. $3 for fried rice upgrade? What a rip off. I finished mine, and am now hungry 5 minutes later. The meat was burnt from being cooked too long in the deep fryer. The flavor of the sauce was good, just bad food. Bad food, horrible portions, the driver was a nice older man, which really doesn't make up for the bad food.
