Anchor Town Dogs Food Cart - Anchorage

The grilled onions made an excellent topping for the caribou hot dog.

There were other hot dog carts but we stopped at this one! We had to try a reindeer dog and well.. it was pretty good! He made the spicy one and there were plenty of condiments to choose from. The gentleman who runs the cart was very friendly. Thanks for allowing us to try them, very good stuff!

Vegetarian options: They offer a vegan hotdog, which my friend tried and said was quite good.

This is the ideal spot for a quick bite while exploring downtown Anchorage. We couldn't resist trying the Spicy Reindeer dog, topped with grilled onions and all the condiments. We decided to share one between the two of us (which is why there’s no picture—my husband couldn’t wait to dig in as soon as we got it). It was the perfect snack to satisfy our hunger while we continued shopping!
