I don?t have words to tell what I just try, Bruceskis and he?s wife Hayden so amazing, and so nice !! I just have the best Revani lemon ???? cake ???? make by Bruceskis, and bacalava , OMG !!! So good , if u ever come to girdwood Alaska u need to comeand try , I live in New York , is my second time in Alyeska, I just love there very much!! Thank you Hayden for best smile andbest food , send kiss and hug, and can?t wait come back delicious ???? yummy yummy

My wife and I tried the deluxe fries and they were amazing. I loved the spice they put on them. Definitely would have tried the entire menu if given the time.

Delicious falafel wrap at the Girdwood forest fair! It was perfectly made and held together well with the accompaniments. However, the service was a bit slow - I waited around 20 minutes with 6 people ahead of me. With only 5 items on the menu, I would have expected a shorter wait time. Also, the prices were a bit high, leading to the deduction of one star.

I really like the clever name, BruceSkis, of this Turkish food truck. I tried their deluxe Turkish fries at Cynosure and found them to be very tasty. However, I thought the portion was a bit small and the price was a bit high for what was offered. If I see them again, I'll give another menu item a try.
