My friend and I ordered a breakfast burger and a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. The breakfast burger was overpowered by ketchup, and my grilled cheese sandwich arrived with cold sausage, unmelted cheese, and un-toasted sourdough. To say the least, I won't be coming back here for breakfast.

I expressed that I found this practice deceptive, to which he responded by giving me the franchise office's phone number. He mentioned that he and his colleagues had previously raised their concerns, but to no avail. I called the office, and a woman answered, asserting that they do not intend to be misleading. She said the only thing I needed to do was to decline when asked. However, if they’re truly not being deceptive, why not simply ask if I would like a small, medium, or large? This is how virtually every other fast food chain operates. I’m not sure who this woman is, but it was clear that the local office and franchise owner are uninterested in addressing this issue. If customers are not vigilant, they will continue to be charged extra without their consent. This town is too small for such questionable business practices, and I hope the owner takes a closer look at how he manages his establishment and treats his employees.

I’ve never dined inside, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere, but I always get the chicken tenders and they are fantastic!
