Charleys Philly Steaks - Anchorage

No matter which location I visit, Charley's always tastes amazing.

I had a fantastic Philly cheesesteak! The bread had a texture that made me feel like it was freshly baked. It's been a while since I've had one of their sandwiches, and it was a great reminder of how good their fast food is.

I love Charleys, especially after shopping at exchange. Food and customer service at this location seems to be hit or miss. It’s either spectacular or horrible. Will still give 3 stars because when it’s a good staff day it’s Awesome.

I recently ordered gourmet fries topped with bacon, cheese, and ranch, and I was very disappointed with the portion size given the price. There were barely any fries! When I asked the staff for more fries, they were quite unhelpful and gave me attitude. In the end, I didn’t even receive any additional fries. Given my experience with the staff, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.
