When I first went to Cinnabon they had no more six packs because someone bought out the last six, 6 packs of Cinnabons. I really thought I wasn’t going to be able to surprise my family (that live remotely) with Cinnabon until the gentleman asked me to come back in about an hour sothey can make some fresh ones.I came back an hour later and the young lady remembered me and said that she would make my 2 six packs for me!!! Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received at the mall! They were so amazing and my family was so joyful having a Cinnabon!
This Cinnabon is on the average to maybe below average side. Nothing exceptional here. You pay pay $7 for a basic Cinnabon roll and it feels like it purposely lacks icing so that you buy more. I think I learned my lesson and next time I'll go the home made route.
This Dimond Mall Cinnabons replaced GCI. They have a large enough area to sit and watch some of their rolls being made. The employee who helped us was fast and efficient. We ordered a few mini rolls and a churro. My husband ordered a Moo-cha-latte or something similar, he said it was gross and tossed it after a few sips. My daughter and I got fruit refreshers I believe they were called. She got strawberry. Hers was delicious. I got passion fruit and everyone kept commenting on how sour it was. Cinnamon rolls, mini-rolls, and churros, yes! Pass on the drinks.
Had NO ONE in line 3 people working, wanted to buy a bottle of water and a cup of ice and was refused twice and told to go to auntie Anne’s or Starbucks. 1-2-23 6pm
